After the plan starts
After the first paid lesson is delivered, delivered lessons may be deducted. Any refund is reviewed case by case.
If the issue is from our side
If we cannot provide the agreed teacher or there is a repeated clear service issue, we offer a fair solution: credit, rescheduling, teacher change, or an appropriate refund.
Two free trial lessons
The free trial is the best way to reduce risk. Use it to test the teacher, timing, student voice, and starting level. No payment card is required to book the trial.
Canceling before the first paid lesson
If paid lessons have not started yet, you may request a full refund of the amount paid. Processing time may depend on the bank or payment provider.
Rescheduling and missed lessons
You can request rescheduling with reasonable notice before the lesson, depending on teacher availability. If the student does not attend without notice, the lesson may be counted because teacher time was reserved.
Teacher change before cancellation
If the teacher is not the right fit, tell us. In many cases, changing the teacher or adjusting the lesson time is better than canceling the whole plan.
How to request a refund
Send us the student name, email or WhatsApp used for booking, payment date, and reason for the request. We will review delivered lessons and any notes from the teacher or support team, then reply with a clear next step.
