How we handle your information and the student’s details

We ask families for limited information so we can arrange online Quran classes, match the right teacher, and communicate about trials, schedules, and progress. This page explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how you can contact us if you want to update or remove your details.

Information we may collect

When you book a free trial or contact us, we may ask for your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, country or time zone, student age, student level, course interest, and preferences such as male teacher, female teacher, or preferred lesson time.

We may also keep simple learning notes, such as: the student needs Noorani Qaida, the student is revising Juz Amma, the student needs Makharij correction, or the family prefers weekend classes. These notes help the teacher avoid starting every lesson from zero.

How we use this information

We use the information to arrange the lesson, confirm timing, match a male or female teacher, understand the student’s level, send class links or instructions, and answer questions about courses, pricing, or free trial lessons.

We do not sell family information. We do not use student details in public campaigns without permission. If we ever want to publish a success story, review, or photo, we need clear permission from the parent or the person involved.

Children and privacy

Many of our students are children, so we handle children’s details with extra care. We ask the parent or guardian to manage booking and communication. We do not ask children to share personal information that is not needed for the lesson. If a parent sends details about the child’s level or learning needs, we use them only for teaching and follow-up.

Storage and sharing

We may store booking and contact details in the website systems, email, or student-management tools we use to provide the service. The teacher or support team may see only the information needed for their role. We do not give a teacher more information than they need for the lesson. We may keep some records for administrative, legal, dispute-resolution, or refund-related reasons.

Your choices

You can contact us to correct your details, remove information that is no longer needed, unsubscribe from marketing messages, or ask about information linked to your booking. If you ask us to delete information that is required to deliver lessons or manage an account, we may not be able to continue providing some services until the minimum required details are provided again.
